Olofström kommune er en kommune i Blekinge län i landskapet Blekinge i Sverige. Kommunens administrasjonssenter ligger i Olofström. Kommunen er omgitt av hundretalls innsjøer og grenser til Osby, Kristianstad, Bromölla, Sölvesborg, Karlshamn, Tingsryd og Älmhult kommuner.

Da de svenske kommunalforordningene trådte i kraft 1. januar 1863 ble Jämshögs landskommun etablert av Jämshögs sogn i Listers härad. Denne ble delt allerede 16. oktober samme år, da Kyrkhults landskommun ble skilt ut. Neste deling skjedde i 1941 da Olofströms köping ble skilt ut fra Jämshögs kommune. I 1966 ble alle gjenforenet under navnet Olofström, fremdeles köping frem til kommunereformen i 1971 da enhetlig kommunetype ble innført og nåværende Olofström kommune formelt oppstod.
Olofström kommune har fem tettsteder. I tabellen oppgis antall innbyggere per 31. desember 2010.[2]
