Ole Weflen (født 28. oktober 1846 i Stange, død 25. juni 1928 i Østre Toten) var ordfører i Østre Toten fra 1913 til 1922. Weflen representerte Arbeiderdemokratene. Han skulle bli partiets eneste ordfører i denne kommunen.
Weflen var sønn av kirketjener og husmann Ole Pedersen og Anne Monsdatter. Etter konfirmasjonen gikk han middelskolen. Weflen arbeidde deretter som gardsgutt og skredder før han i 1867 kom inn på Hamar lærerskole, der han tok eksamen i 1869. To år seinere kom han til Østre Toten, der han skulle ha mesteparten av sitt politiske og yrkesmessige virke. I Østre Toten hadde han lærerposter ved skolene Skjønborg (1871–1884), Østerhaug (1884–1890) og Stange (1890–1920).
Weflen satt i herredsstyret i Østre Toten i 42 år, noe som var kommunal rekord før Einar Hermanrud. Han var Arbeiderdemokratenes sjølskrevne leder i kommunen i lang tid, og som talsmann for dette småbrukervennlige partiet tok han initiativ til opprettelsen av Valle landbruksskole i 1917. Ole Weflen var i hele 33 år medlem av skolestyret i Østre Toten, hvorav 13 år som formann. Etter anbefaling fra skolestyret fikk Weflen Kongens fortjenstmedalje, overrakt på 70-årsdagen i 1918, av partifellen, skoledirektør Olav Eftestøl.
