Marienlyst gård, på Marienlyst i bydelen Strømsø i Drammen, er en lystgård bygget rundt 1770. Gården har siden den ble overtatt av Drammens Museum i 1911, blitt brukt som museets hovedsete.

Den ble opprinnelig utskilt fra Øvre Strøm under navnet Brede-Engen.
Marienlyst er bebygget med fire hvitmalte og panelte fløyer som ligger regelmessig omkring et firkantet gårdsrom.
Østre hovedbygning i to etasjer er antagelig oppført omkring 1770. Det er 15,2 meter langt, 8,7 meter bredt og har én skorstein.
Nordre bygning i én etasje er bygget som ny hovedfløy i krigsråd Weyers tid i 1790-årene. Bryggerhus/låvefløyen tvers overfor tunet ligner nordfløyen for å danne symmetri. Husets vestre ende var låve. Også dette hus fikk sortglaserte taksten. Tverrfløyen mot vest er bygd i Weyers tid i 1790-årene, men ombygd i 1911 da anlegget ble museum. Portrommet ble laget i 1930 for å skape forbindelse til den nye museumsbygningen. Marienlyst er bygget som en klassisisk villa med symmetriske bygninger og hage med lysthus. De to portene er laget i utpreget klassisisme. Interiørdetaljene er i Louis-seize-stil.
Gården ble restaurert av arkitekt Christian Fredrik Arbo i 1911. Han sto for deler av portene og gjerdene, og museumsparken i stram nyklassisistisk stil, som ble anlagt etter at museets hovedbygning ble oppført i 1928. Gården er møblert med gjenstander fra lystgårdstiden. I den eldste bygningens store stue er det avdekket veggtapeter fra 1770-årene, malt av Diderik von Dram.[3]
Bygningene er omgitt av en park med trær, plenarealer og en speildam sentralt mellom bygningene.
Mellom Marienlyst gårds hovedbygning og Museumsbygningen ligger arkitekt Christian Fredrik Arbos nyklassiske park, anlagt etter at museumsbygningen tegnet av samme arkitekt stod ferdig i 1930. Den stramme stilen er typisk for 1920-tallets reaksjon mot de romantiske parkers slyngende stier og asymmetriske treklynger.
Den nyklassiske parken fikk vokse fritt frem til 2014, da var det en stemningsfull, frodig og til dels forvokst park, med et forenklet stisystem og uklare linjer og markeringer mellom de ulike delene. Den gav et fredfullt, lettere romantisk inntrykk. At parken i sin tid ble plantet slik, var blandt annet en følge av at det var tegnet to sidefløyer til den store museumsbygningen. Hver av disse skulle danne endepunktet for alléer som skulle binde den nye museumsbygningen til hovedbygningen ved Marienlyst og ramme inn parken. Disse sidefløyen ble aldri bygget. Alléene ble derfor værende uten sine endepunkter og tankene bak strukturen ble ikke realisert. Ved bygging av Lychepaviljongen i 1990 og den derpå følgende plantingen av en lindeallé ut mot Danvikgata, skjedde en ytterligere forskyvning bort fra intensjonene og den opprinnelige parkformen. Det opprinnelige stisystemet var rettvinklet og mer komplekst enn slik det ble etter en forenkling på 1990-tallet. Det opprinnelige stisystemet ble derfor i 2009–2010 reetablert og parkformen presis og det resulterte i et mer forståelig kulturminne. Restene av alléen langs Lychepaviljongen ble fjernet og den ene trerekken plantet på nytt.[4]
