Krystalgade er en gate i København som går fra Købmagergade ved Rundetårn og munner ut i Nørregade. På veien krysser den Peder Hvitfeldts Stræde og Fiolstræde.

Veistykket er kjent tilbake fra 1492 og ble omtalt som et lite strede, men uten navn. Fra år 1600 kjennes gaten under navnet Skidenstræde, men endret i løpet av 1700-tallet uoffisielt navn til Krystalgade.[1] Den gang var det magistraten som tok seg av gatenavnene. I 1818 var Skidenstrædes beboere så lei av det belastende navnet at de søkte om endring: «Da Skidenstræde, nu af Nye broelagt, er en særdeles smuk og reel Gade...fordrister Samme Gaard- og Huuseiere sig underdanigst at ombede...at Samme nu ogsaa maatte faae et andet Navn.» De foreslo selv Krystalgade, og dette ble innvilget.[2]
Langs gaten ligger Københavns synagoge fra 1833 som ble tegnet av G.F. Hetsch,[3] Københavns hovedbibliotek, Københavns Universitet med det tidligere Zoologisk Museum og det tidligere Daells varehus[4] som senere ble ombygd til hotell Sankt Petri.[5]
Synagogen ble i februar 2015 ramt av et terrorangrep som menes å ha vært rettet mot danske jøder inne i synagogen. Den 37-årige vakten Dan Uzan ble drept av den 22-årige Omar Abdel Hamid El-Hussein.[6]
