Kapil Deo Kamat (कपिल देव कामत; født 11. mai 1951 i distriktet Madhubani i Bihar i Britisk India, død 16. oktober 2020) var en indisk politiker. Han var minister for Panchayati Raj Department i Bihars regjering.[1] Han var også medlem av Bihars lovgivende forsamling for valgkretsen Babubarhi.
Kapil Deo Kamat var sønn av Late Anokhi Kamat.[2] I oktober 2005 stilte han til valg i Bihar som kandidat for partiet Janta Dal i valgkretsen Babubarhi og vant.[3] Da han stilte opp på nytt i 2010 tapte han fot Uma Kant Yadav fra Rashtriya Janata Dal.[4] I 2015 gikk det bedre, han ble valgt og ble så minister for Panchayati Raj Department i Bihars regjering.[5][6]
Han døde av Covid-19 den 16. oktober 2020.[7]
