Jane Lynch (født 14. juli 1960) er en amerikansk komiker, skuespiller og sanger. Hun har spilt i flere TV-serier og filmer. For rollen som Sue Sylvester vant hun en Golden Globe i 2010 for beste kvinnelige birolle i miniserie eller TV-film, en pris hun også ble nominert til året før. For denne rollen vant Lynch i 2010 også Emmy, Satellite Award og Screen Actors Guild Award.
