IBM z10, kalt z6 under utviklingen,[1] er en CISC mikroprosessor som ble lansert av IBM for deres IBM System z10 stormaskiner den 26. februar 2008.[2] Mikroprosessoren har 4 kjerner, og hver kjerne har 64+128 Kb Nivå-1 hurtigminne og 2 Mb Nivå-2 hurtigminne. Hver mikroprosessor har 24 Mb Nivå-3 hurtigminne.
