Humboldt Forum (tysk: Humboldt Forum im Berliner Schloss, også Humboldtforum) er et museum for verdens kulturarv i Berlin, som holder til i det gjenoppbygde Berlins slott på Museumsinsel rett ved siden av Lustgarten og Berliner Dom.

Museet er oppkalt etter naturforskeren og oppdageren Alexander von Humboldt og hans bror, lingvisten, filosofen og utdannelsesreformatoren Wilhelm von Humboldt som har gitt navn til den humboldtske universitetsmodellen Navnet Humboldt Forum betegner virksomheten i bygningen som helhet, mens Berliner Schloss er navnet på selve bygningen. Humboldt Forum huser Ethnologisches Museum (grunnlagt 1873) og Museum für Asiatische Kunst (opprinnelig en avdeling av sistnevnte, også med røtter til 1873). Videre omfatter det restauranter, teater- og kinosaler, og auditorium.[2][3][4]
Den skotske kunsthistorikeren Neil MacGregor, tidligere direktør for British Museum, var den første direktøren for Humboldt Forum. Humboldt Forum har British Museum som et viktig forbilde og er ofte sammenlignet med dette.[5] Inspirert av British Museum er det gratis adgang til store deler av Humboldt Forum.[3]
