Hoyvíkavtalen (islandsk: Hoyvíkursamningurinn, færøysk: Hoyvíkssáttmálin) er en frihandels- og samarbeidsavtale mellom Island og Færøyene. Avtalen ble signert 31. august 2005 i Hoyvík på Færøyene, og senere ratifisert.[1] Avtalen erstattet en tidligere bilateral avtale fra 1992, og innebar et mer omfattende fellesmarked med fri bevegelse av varer, tjenester, kapital og personer.[2]
