Gus-Khrustalnij (russisk: Гусь-Хруста́льный) er en by i Vladimir oblast i Russland. Den ligger ved elva Gus (ei sideelv til Oka), rundt 63 km sør for Vladimir.

Bynavnet kan oversettes som «krystallgås», ettersom byen er kjent som et av de eldste sentrene for glassindustri i Russland, og den ligger ved elva Gus (oversatt: Gås). Det er imidlertid gode grunner for å anta at navnet ikke er avledet direkte fra gås, men snarere fra det felles slaviske uttrykket «gås» (på de respektive språkene) for en stor (opp til ti liter eller mer) flaske.
Gus-Khrustalnij ble grunnlagt midt på 1700-tallet i forbindelse med byggingen av en krystallfabrikk. Den fikk innvilget bystatus i 1931.
Byen inngår i turistruten Den gyldne ring i Russland.
