Guillaume Chartier (født ca. 1386 i Bayeux, død 1. mai 1472) var en fransk biskop.

Guillaume var bror til dikteren og forfatteren Alain Chartier. Han ble utnevnt til biskop av Paris den 6. desember 1447.[1] Tolv år etter var han Frankrikes ambassadør til konsilet i Mantova (1459), og holdt der en to timers lang tale på latin.
Han forsvarte katedralkapitlenes rett til å velge biskoper mot kongelige forsøk på å tilta seg denne rettigheten. Under Ligue du Bien public («allmennyttens liga») tilsluttet han seg mécontents. Han holdt fast på sin bispestol til sin død, men kong Ludvig XI av Frankrike lot sin misnøye komme til uttrykk i epitafen på Chartiers gravmæle[2] - senere ble teksten der erstattet med en mer ærbødig.[3]
