Frammuseet er et museum på Bygdøynes i Oslo med polarskipet «Fram» fra 1892 som hovedattraksjon. Museet skildrer de historiske norske polferdene og de tre polfarerne Fridtjof Nansen, Otto Sverdrup og Roald Amundsen.[1]

Fram returnerte fra Buenos Aires i 1914, og ble lenge liggende ved en bøye i Horten, utsatt for vær og vind. Etter første verdenskrig arbeidet en rekke komiteer med å bevare Fram. Otto Sverdrup ble valgt til formann i Framkomiteen i 1925. Han arbeidet sammen med blant annet komiteens medlemmer for å restaurere Fram. I 1929 ble skipet tauet til Framnæs Mekaniske Verksted i Sandefjord. Med støtte fra konsul Lars Christensen og under Otto Sverdrups tilsyn ble skuta reparert. I 1930 var Fram ferdig restaurert og i den stand den hadde vært under Otto Sverdrups fire år lange ferd i Nordvestpassasjen. [2]
I 1934 tilbød Oslo Arkitektforening seg å arrangere en konkurranse for et bygg til skuta. Seksti forslag kom inn, og vinneren ble arkitekt Bjarne Tøien med mottoet «Saga». Fram ble trukket inn i sitt nye hjem av en elektrisk vinsj. Skuta beveget seg med én cm per minutt. Den 20. mai 1936 ble Frammuseet innviet. Både Kong Haakon VII, Kronprins Olav og Oscar Wisting var til stede.
Skuta er utstilt i original med intakt interiør og gjenstander og besøkende kan gå fritt ombord.
Museet formidler historien om de norske polferdene og norsk polarforskning, blant annet Nansens ferd over Polhavet og hans forsøk på å gå på ski over Nordpolen, Sverdrups ekspedisjon til Grønland, hvor mer enn 200 000 kvadratkilometer nytt land ble oppdaget og Amundsens Sydpolferd, oppdagelsen av Nordvestpassasjen og hans forsøk på å nå Nordpolen.
