Edøy gamle kirke er en stenkirke med langplan fra ca. 1190 som ligger på Edøya i Smøla kommune i Møre og Romsdal.[1] Den er knyttet til Den norske kirke og hører til Ytre Nordmøre prosti i Møre bispedømme.

Kirken er nevnt i et skriv fra 1695 der det står at kirken er forlenget med syv alen lang. Kirken brant etter et lynnedslag den 14. januar 1887, hvor alt treverk og interiør bortsett fra altertavla og noen få andre gjenstander gikk tapt. Altertavla ble ødelagt mye senere, under bombingen av Kristiansund i 1940. Okkupasjonsmakten benyttet kirken som lager under andre verdenskrig. Etter krigen ble kirken gjenoppbygget, og den ble gjeninnviet i 1950. I forbindelse med 800-årsjubileet i 1990 ble kirken pusset opp, og det ble satt inn et nytt orgel.
I november 2019 avdekket NIKU spor av et skip og bosetningsspor som sannsynligvis er fra merovinger- eller vikingtid rett ved Edøy kirke.[2]
