Botsfengselets kirke var en kirke i Botsfengselet, det tidligere landsfengselet på Grønland i Oslo. Fengselet ble tatt i bruk i 1851, og et utbygg med blant annet kirkelokale ble oppført i 1886–87. I forlengelsen av dette ble det i 1934 oppført en ny fløy. Kirken er senere ominnredet til bibliotek og gymsal.[1] Hele fengselsanlegget er fredet.

Kirken hadde i sin tid en altertavle med en kopi av alterbildet i Tyristrand kirke. I 1951 ble en altertavle med et trerelieff av korsfestelsen tatt i bruk. Det antas at denne er laget av innsatte på Akershus, og den ble først brukt i fengselskirken der.[2] Ved samme anledning overtok kirken et orgel fra Larvik kirke.
