Biskop Gunnerus' gate (3–7, 2–14[1]) er en gate i Oslo som går østover fra Dronningens gate fram til Akerselva (i kulvert), der den går over i Schweigaards gate. Deler av gaten tilhører riksvei 162. Gaten er oppkalt etter biskop Johan Ernst Gunnerus (1718–1773) som var født i området.

Gaten er en videreføring av den opprinnelige Gunnerus' gate, som hadde en litt annen trasé fra Dronningens gate til Nygata. Ved saneringen av Vaterland, ble gatens retning noe endret, og forlenget fram til Schweigaards gate. Gaten fikk da sitt nåværende navn.
