All India Women's Conference (AIWC) er Indias største kvinneorganisasjon, med hovedkontor i Delhi. Den ble grunnlagt i 1927 og har ca. 100 000 medlemmer og over 500 avdelinger.[1] Det er en av Indias største og eldste frivillige organisasjoner.

Organisasjonen har konsultativ status i FNs økonomiske og sosiale råd og er medlem av International Alliance of Women (IAW), International Network on Gender and Energy, Global Village Energy Partnership, World Water Partnership og andre. Gjennom IAW er AIWC en søsterorganisasjon av Norsk Kvinnesaksforening.
All India Women’s Conference arbeidet for å styrke kvinners sivile og politiske rettigheter, herunder gjennom å sikre kvinner stemmerett. Organisasjonen har alltid stått for en moderat linje i kampen for kvinners rettigheter. Under den indiske uavhengighetskampen valgte mer radikale og nasjonalistiske medlemmer å forlate organisasjonen. I 1948 ble medlemmer med tilknytning til kommunistiske grupper også ekskludert.
