ANSI C, offisielt ANSI X3.159-1989, også kalt C89, er en standard for programmeringsspråket C som ble godkjent av American National Standards Institute (ANSI) i 1989. I 1990 ble den samme standarden ble ratifisert av ISO med visse formateringsendringer under navnet C90,[1] men begrepet refererer til det samme språket.
Standarden er blitt trukket tilbake av både ANSI/INCITS og ISO/IEC.[2]
Standarden ble i 1999 erstattet av C99 fra International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
