Árran er et nasjonalt lulesamisk senter, på Drag i Hamarøy kommune i Nordland. Senteret inneholder lulesamisk barnehage, museum, språksenter og forskningsavdeling. I tillegg har samiske institusjoner som NRK Sápmi og Sametingets administrasjon kontorplasser ved senteret.

Árran arrangerer kurs i lulesamisk. Med utgangspunkt i Árran-miljøet har det blitt publisert læreverk – Sámasta, og ei norsk-lulesamisk ordbok.[1][2] Árran har siden 1999 utgitt et populærvitenskapelig tidsskrift, Bårjås. Noen av artiklene har blitt publisert på lulesamisk, og artiklene på norsk eller svensk har sammendrag på lulesamisk.
Direktør siden 2022 er Beate Ráhka-Knutsen. Museet ved Árran mottok i 2017 et stort arkiv etter Mikal Urheim.[3]
