Storkyro (finsk Isokyrö) er ein kommune i landskapet Österbotten i Finland. Kommunen har cirka 5 000 innbyggjarar og eit areal på 357,63 km² der 2,92 km² er vatn. Storkyro er ein finskspråkleg kommune som grensar til kommunane Ilmajoki, Laihela, Lillkyro, Vörå-Maxmo, Kauhava og Seinäjoki.
Tettstaden Storkyro ligg ved Kyro älv (finsk Kyrönjoki). Ved Napo (finsk Napue) rundt 2 km oppover elva frå tettstaden stod eit avgjerande slag under den store nordiske krigen i 1714. Den svenske generalen Carl Gustaf Armfeldt leid her eit knusande nederlag overfor dei russiske styrkane, og Finland vart etter dette under russisk kontroll fram til freden i Nystad i 1721. I 1920 vart det reist eit minnesmerke over slaget i Napo.
