Inchgarvie (stundom kalla «Inch Garvie») er ei lita øy i Firth of Forth. Øya har hatt busetnader sidan seint på 1400-talet, men er ikkje lenger busett.
Namnet kjem frå Innis Garbhach som på skotsk-gælisk tyder «Ru øy».
Det vart bygd eit slott på Inchgarvie av King James IV kring 1490[1], truleg som ei festning. Mellom 1519 og 1671 vart borga nytta som fengsel. Seinare vart det bygd fleire festningsverk på øya. I 1878 starta bygginga av Forth Rail Bridge på Inchgarvie, men planane vart skrinlagde. Seinare vart brua bygd og ein av utkragane var ein del av kaianlegget på øya.
