Heike Meißner (fødd 29. januar 1970) er ein tysk tidlegare friidrettsutøvar frå Dresden. Ho vann sølvmedaljen i 400 meter hekk under europameisterskapen 2002 i München, åtte år etter ho var med å vinne bronsemedaljen i 4 x 400 m stafett ved EM i Helsinki.

Meißner kom på sjuandeplass i 400 m hekk både ved VM-debuten 1991 og VM-exiten 2003. I mellomtida høyrde ho til eliten i øvinga, bortsett frå eit par-tre sesongar ho prøvde seg på 800 meter. Såleis vart ho nummer fire i så vel EM 1994 og VM 1995, samt nummer 5 under OL 1996. Ved europameisterskapen i Helsinki fekk ho elles med seg ein bronsemedalje med di ho sprang andre etappen for Tyskland i 4 x 400 m stafett.
I 1998 satsa Meißner på 800 meter. Den 12. august i Zürich sette ho personleg rekord på distansen med tida 1.59,50. Veka etter vart ho nummer seks i EM-finalen i Budapest på 2.01,36. Frå 2000-sesongen var ho tilbake som langhekkløpar. Under europameisterskapen 2002 sikra ho seg sølvmedaljen bakom Ionela Târlea, den suverene vinnaren av løpet frå Romania.
