Dorothy Hyman (fødd 9. mai 1941) er ein britisk tidlegare sprintar i friidrett frå landsbyen Cudworth i South Yorkshire. Ho vart europameister på 100 m i 1962 og tok to medaljar under sommar-OL 1960.

17 år gammal sprang Hyman andre etappen for Storbritannia sitt lag som fekk sølv på 4x100 m stafett i EM i friidrett 1958 i Stockholm. Under dei olympiske leikane i 1960 i Roma vann ho sølvmedaljen på 100 og bronsen på 200 m.
Hyman vart europameister på 100 m i 1962 i Beograd, med same tid som tyske Jutta Heine, før ho så fekk sølv på 200 meter, bak nettopp Heine. I 4x100 m stafett var ho å vinne ein bronsemdalje.
Saman med Janet Simpson, Mary Rand og Daphne Arden tok Hyman og Storbritannia ein bronsemedalje på 4x100 m stafett også under olympiaden i 1964 i Tokyo.
