Barmbrack (irsk bairín breac[1]), ofte forkorta til brack, er eit gjæra brød med korintar og rosinar.[2] Brødet er knytt til halloween på Irland, der ein kan plassera ein gjenstand (ofte ein ring) inni brødet. Det å finna gjenstanden er knytt til lukke.[3]
