Tromsdalstinden (Sálašoaivi på samisk), populært kalla Tinden av tromsøværingar, er ein fjelltopp søraust for Tromsø sentrum. Med 1238 moh. er det den høgaste toppen synleg frå Tromsø. Han ligg i forlenginga av Tromsdalen.

I samband med Tromsø sin OL-søknad braut det ut ein langvarig debatt om Tinden burde fredast frå inngrep fordi enkelte hevda at han etter samisk naturreligion var eit heilagt fjell.
Den fleire kvadratkilometer store tomta som Tinden ligg på har vore lagt ut for sal, med kommunen som potensiell kjøpar.
Det er mogeleg å nå toppen både frå Tromsdalen i nordvest og Ramfjorden i sør.
