Nordre valkrins (nordsamisk: Davveguovllu válgabiire, bokmål: Nordre valgkrets) er ein valkrins ved Sametingsvala i Noreg frå og med valet i 2009.[1] Krinsen vert også kalla valkrins 3. Stemmerett i krinsen har dei som er busette der og er innførte i manntalet til Sametingsvalet. I 2017 var det 2540 personar som var registrerte i manntalet i området.[2]
Krinsen femner kommunane Nordkapp, Måsøy, Kvalsund, Hammerfest, Hasvik, Alta og Loppa i Finnmark fylke, og Skjervøy, Kvænangen og Nordreisa i Troms fylke.[1]
Det skal ved valet i 2015 veljast inn seks sametingsrepresentantar frå krinsen.[3] Sametinget skal til saman ha 39 representantar.
Krinsordninga ved Sametingsvala vart endra framfor valet i 2009. I staden for dei 13 krinsane ein nytta ved Sametingsvala i 1989, 1993, 1997, 2001 og 2005, er det frå 2009 sju krinsar.[4] Nordre valkrins tilsvarar den tidlegare krinsen Alta/Kvalsund valkrins i tillegg til Nordkapp og Måsøy kommunar som tidlegare var del av Porsanger valkrins, og Skjervøy, Kvænangen og Nordreisa kommunar som høyrde til Nord-Troms valkrins.[5]
Desse partia og vallistene stilte til Sametingsvalet i 2017 i krinsen.[6]
