Nedre Årdal

Nedre Årdal er eit kyrkjesokn i Årdal prestegjeld i Sogn prosti. Soknet vart oppretta i 1970 då Årdal sokn vart deld i to delar, Nedre Årdal og Øvre Årdal. Det er ei kyrkje i soknet, Årdal kyrkje frå 1867 på Årdalstangen. Dagens kyrkje erstatta ei stavkyrkje frå 1100-talet.[1]
