Hiiu maakond eller Hiiumaa er eit av dei 15 fylka i Estland. Det er samansett av Hiiumaa (Dagö), den andre største øya i Estland, og fleire andre småøyar nær henne. Fylket grensar til Lääne maakond i aust og Saare maakond i sør. 0,7 % av folkesetnaden i Estland bur i Hiiu maakond.
