Gregorio Allegri (1582–17. februar 1652) var ein italiensk komponist og tenorsongar knytt til seinrenessansen og tidleg barokk.

Allegri var fødd i Roma. Han var korgut ved San Luigi de Francesci frå 1591, og elev av Giovanni Maria Nanino. Frå 1607 til 1621 var Gregorio kapellmeister ved domkyrkja i Fermo, og frå 1629 songar i det pavelege orkesteret under pave Urban VIII.
Allegri komponerte messer, motettar, eit Te Deum, eit Magnificat og ei firstemmig strykarsonate.
Den best kjende av komposisjonane hans er den nistemmige Miserere, som toneset Salme 51 i Bibelen. Stykket blei endra og utvida mange gonger i løpet av livet hans, og fekk ein segnomspunnen status. Det blei berre framført Det sixtinske kapellet under den stille veka, og var forbode å kopiera. I 1770 kom fjortenårige Mozart til Roma, høyrde stykket to gonger og skreiv det ned etter minnet, og ein engelsk musikkhistorikar gav det ut i London. Etterkvart blei kopieringsforbodet heva, og fleire seinare komponistar, som Felix Mendelssohn og Franz Liszt, transkriberte verket.
