US Open 1983 (tennis, mannen)

Het tennistoernooi US Open werd in 1983 bij de mannen voor de 103e keer gehouden. De als derde geplaatste Amerikaan Jimmy Connors won het toernooi voor de vijfde keer door in de finale zijn als tweede geplaatste landgenoot Ivan Lendl met 6-3, 6-7, 7-5 en 6-0 te verslaan.
