De E2 of Lebuhraya Utara–Selatan jajaran selatan (North-South Expressway Southern Route) is een autosnelweg in Maleisië. De snelweg is 312 kilometer lang en vormt een noord-zuidroute door West-Maleisië van Kuala Lumpur tot Singapore. De E2 werd aangelegd tussen 1981 en 1994.
