अलैङ्गिक (Agender) भनेका ती व्यक्ति हुन् जो आफूलाई न पुरुष भएको अनुभव गर्छन् न महिला भएको। उनीहरू आफुलाई पुरुष पनि होइन महिला पनि होइन भनेर चिनाउँछन्। अलैङ्गिक व्यक्तिहरू आफूलाई महिला अथवा पुरुषको अनुभव गर्दैनन् र कुनै लैङ्गिकताको भएको महसुस गर्दैनन् । [१] [२]
