Zoë Yadira Saldaña-Perego[1][2] (née Saldaña Nazario; lahir 19 Jun 1978) ialah seorang pelakon wanita Amerika Syarikat. Susulan persembahannya bersama kumpulan teater Faces, Saldana membuat kemunculan TV pertama pada 1999 menerusi episod Law & Order. Kerjaya filemnya bermula pada setahun kemudian menerusi filem Center Stage (2000).
