Melanie Janine Brown (lahir 29 Mei 1975),^[2] lebih dikenali sebagai Mel B, ialah penyanyi, penulis lagu, rapper, personaliti televisyen, pelakon dan pengarang British. Brown meraih kemasyhuran pada 1990an sebagai ahli kumpulan Spice Girls, di mana beliau dinamakan Scary Spice. Dengan lebih 85 juta rekod dijual serata dunia, kumpulan ini menjadi kumpulan wanita terlaris sepanjang zaman.

Semasa kumpulan ini berehat, Brown melancarkan album solo pertamanya Hot. Single utama album ini, "I Want You Back" menduduki nombor satu do Carta Single UK, dan dimuatkan dalam runut bunyi untuk filem 1998 Why Do Fools Fall in Love. Single lain dari album ini termasuk "Tell Me" dan "Feels So Good" yang kedua-duanya menduduki 5 teratas di UK. Selepas menandatangani kontrak bersama label bebas Amber Café, beliau melancarkan album solo keduanya L.A. State of Mind, yang mempertaruhkan single "Today". Brown melancarkan "For Once in My Life" pada 2013, single pertamanya dalam tempoh lapan tahun. Ia menaiki No. 2 di carta Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs.^[3]

Brown juga telah membuat kemunculan di televisyen. Pada tahun 2007, beliau menyertai musim kelima rancangan realiti tarian Amerika Syarikat Dancing with the Stars, mendapat tempat kedua bersama rakannya Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Antara 2011 dan 2016, beliau berkhidmat sebagai juri tetap dan undangan dalam versi Australia dan British rancangan The X Factor. Beliau juga ialah hos bersama Dancing with the Stars versi Australia untuk satu musim pada 2012. Dari 2013 sehingga 2019, Brown berkhidmat sebagai juri rancangan realiti NBC America's Got Talent dan America's Got Talent: The Champions. Beliau berkhidmat sebagai jurulatih dan juri The Voice Kids Australia pada 2014. Sejak 2016, beliau juga mengacarakan Lip Sync Battle UK bersama rapper Professor Green.

Beliau juga telah bergiat aktif sebagai pelakon dalam filem termasuk: Spice World (1997), LD 50 Lethal Dose (2003), The Seat Filler (2005), Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast (2014), Chocolate City: Vegas Strip (2017) dan Killing Hasselhoff (2017).
