Lawrence Robert Klein (14 September 1920 - 20 Oktober 2013) ialah seorang ahli ekonomi Amerika. Bagi kerjanya dalam mencipta model komputer untuk meramalkan trend ekonomi dalam bidang ekonomi di Jabatan Ekonomi di Universiti Pennsylvania, beliau dianugerahkan Hadiah Peringatan Nobel dalam Sains Ekonomi pada tahun 1980 khususnya "untuk mewujudkan model ekonomi dan aplikasi mereka untuk analisis turun naik ekonomi dan dasar ekonomi." Oleh kerana usaha-usahanya, model-model seperti ini telah meluas di kalangan ahli ekonomi.

Beliau menruut profesor Universiti Harvard Martin Feldstein kepada Wall Street Journal sebagai "orang pertama mencipta model statistik yang merangkumi ekonomi Keynes" sehingga dijadikan alat digunakan oleh Bank Rizab Persekutuan Amerika Syarikat serta bank-bank pusat utama lain di dunia.[1]
