Brook Antoinette Mahealani Lee (lahir 8 Januari 1971 di Pearl City, Hawaii), yang dikenali sebagai Brook Lee, ialah seorang pelakon, pengacara, model dan ratu cantik Amerika yang dinobatkan Miss Hawaii USA 1997, Miss USA 1997, dan Miss Universe 1997.

Nama Koreanya adalah Lee Shi-nae (이시내).[3]
