Resident Evil atau juga dikenali di Jepun sebagai Biohazard[1] ialah francais media seram Jepun yang dicipta oleh Shinji Mikami dan Tokuro Fujiwara,[2][3] dan dimiliki oleh syarikat permainan video Capcom. Francais ini memfokuskan kepada satu siri permainan seram mandiri dan termasuk filem aksi langsung, filem animasi, buku komik, novel, drama audio, dan barangan. Cerita ini menyusuli wabak zombi dan raksasa lain yang dibuat terutamanya oleh Umbrella Corporation.
