Omi Vaidya (lahir 10 Januari 1982) ialah seorang pelakon India, yang paling terkenal dengan penampilannya sebagai Chatur Ramalingam atau "The Silencer" dalam filem Bollywood 2009, 3 Idiots.[2] Di samping itu, Vaidya telah mengarahkan dua filem pendek dan bekerja sebagai penyuting untuk yang lain. Beliau juga telah muncul dalam beberapa program televisyen dan iklan.[3]
