Baabda (Arab: بعبدا ) ialah ibu kota Daerah Baabda dan Kegabenoran Gunung Lubnan, di barat Lubnan. Baabda juga merupakan ibu kota Gunung Lubnan Uthmaniyyah autonomi yang wujud dari 1861 hingga 1918.

Baabda adalah rumah kepada banyak kedutaan negara termasuk kedutaan Itali, Jepun, Jordan, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Indonesia, dan Sepanyol. Ia juga merupakan rumah kepada Kementerian Pertahanan dan banyak pusat pentadbiran lain di Lubnan. Baabda juga terkenal dengan Istana Uthmaniyyah.
Pada tahun 1956, Istana Baabda dibina di Baabda di atas bukit yang menghadap ke ibu kota Lubnan, Beirut.[1] Ia adalah kediaman presiden Lubnan. Presiden pertama yang menetap di sana ialah Charles Helou dari 1964 hingga 1970.[2][3]
Antara 1988 dan 1990, perdana menteri sementara Lubnan, Michel Aoun menetap di Istana Baabda dikelilingi oleh askar tentera Lubnan yang tetap setia kepadanya.[4] Semasa Perang Pembebasan, tentera Syria menyerang istana presiden pada 13 Oktober 1990, memaksa Aoun melarikan diri dan mencari perlindungan di Kedutaan Perancis di Baabda. Lapan hari kemudian, Dany Chamoun, anak kepada bekas Presiden Camille Chamoun, telah dibunuh bersama keluarganya di apartmen mereka di Baabda.[5]
