अर्थमंत्री हा एखाद्या देशाच्या, राज्याच्या, विभागाच्या अथवा प्रांताच्या सरकारमधील एक कॅबिनेट दर्जाचा मंत्री आहे. हा मंत्री त्या सरकारच्या आर्थिक व वित्तीय धोरणांसाठी जबाबदार आहे. कर, सरकारी खर्च इत्यादी बाबी ठरवणे तसेच देशाचा अर्थसंकल्प तयार करणे ही अर्थमंत्र्याच्या प्रमुख कार्यांपैकी काही आहेत.
