Домување во Израел е термин кој се однесува на историјата на домување во Израел.
По формирањето на државата Израел, стотици илјади Евреи од целиот свет почнале да емигрираат во новата држава. Многумина биле сместени во привремени кампови познати како маабарот, каде што живееле во колиби, шатори и бродски контејнери за пакување додека не се изградат трајни станови. Во септември 1948 година, Министерството за труд на Израел формирало Национален оддел за домување за да го надгледува развојот на национално ниво. Таа година било основано станбеното претпријатие „Амидар“ и биле изготвени планови за изградба на 16.000 станбени единици во и околу урбаните центри во земјата. Одделот за апсорпција на Еврејската агенција увезло 6.000 кабини од Шведска за привремено сместување.[1]
Во градовите и развојните градови низ целата земја, набрзина почнале да се подигнуваат низи бетонски станови за да се реши големиот недостиг на станови.[2] Овие евтини станбени проекти финансирани од владата биле познати како шикуним.[3]
Во доцните 2000-ти и 2010 година, цените на недвижностите во Израел се чинело дека се надуени во споредба со долгорочниот просек, другите развиени економии, кириите и просечниот приход. Овој балон за недвижности бил обвинет за недостигот на станови ширум земјата.[4][5] Сепак, многу економисти и инвеститори не го гледаат како балон.[6]
Како одговор на глобалната економска рецесија во 2008 година, гувернерот на израелската централна банка, Стенли Фишер, ги намалил каматните стапки на историски најниско ниво од 0,5%. Тоа резултирало со многу брз пораст на цените на становите во 2009 година, по постојан пораст во претходната деценија.[7]
Повеќето хипотеки земени во 2007-2009 година биле хипотеки со прилагодлива стапка врзана со основната стапка, од кои најниската била 1,75%.[8]
Во 2012 година, 67,9% од Израелците живееле во куќи што ги поседувале, а 26,9% во изнајмени куќи.[9]
