Џоселин Фрер Адбургам (поранешно Абрам) (24 мај 1900 - 23 јануари 1979 година) била британски архитект и градски планер и првата жена признаена во професионалното членство на Кралскиот институт за урбанистичко планирање.[1]
Џоселин Адбургам била позната како Џоселин Абрам до 1936 година, кога нејзината мајка го променила презимето.[2] Таа e родена во 1900 година во Пислејк, Сари, најмладото од трите деца на Едвард Вилијам Абрам (1869-1929) и неговата сопруга Луси, родено Ештон (1865-1942).
