Jagaiļa Universitāte (poļu: Uniwersytet Jagielloński, latīņu: Universitas Jagellonica Cracoviensis) ir augstākās izglītības iestāde Polijas otrajā lielākajā pilsētā Krakovā. Vecākā un viena no lielākajām Polijas universitātēm, otrā vecākā Austrumeiropā (pēc Kārļa Universitātes Prāgā).

Jaigaiļa Universitāti 1364. gadā dibināja Polijas karalis Kazimirs III Lielais un tā nosaukta karaļa Jagaiļa vārdā.
