Jandžou (ķīniešu: 扬州, piņjiņs: Yángzhōu) ir prefektūras līmeņa municipalitāte Dzjansu provincē Ķīnas austrumos. Izvietojusies provinces vidusdaļā Jandzi upes kreisajā krastā pie Lielā Ķīnas kanāla. Robežojas ziemeļos ar Huaiaņu, austrumos — ar Jaņčenu un Taidžou, dienvidos — ar Džeņdzjanu, dienvidrietumos — ar provinces galvaspilsētu Naņdzjinu, bet rietumos — ar Aņhui provinci.

Pirmā apdzīvotā vieta Jandžou apvidū — Guanlina (廣陵, Guǎnglíng) dibināta Pavasara un Rudens periodā. Pēc Jue valsts sakāves 485. gadā p.m.ē. Jandzi kreisajā krastā tika uzbūvēta nocietināta garnizona pilsēta Haņčena. Haņu dinastijas laikā Haņčena bija Guanlinas komandērijas centrs. 590. gadā pilsēta kļuva par Janas prefektūras centru un turpmāk saukta tagadējā vārdā.
Kopš Tanu dinastijas laika Jandžou kļuva par nozīmīgu ārējās tirdzniecības ostu Jandzi lejtecē. No 1282. līdz 1287. gadam Jandžou par Juaņu dinastijas ierēdni strādāja Marko Polo. Minu dinastijas laikā pilsēta bija ievērojams sāls tirdzniecības centrs.[2][3]
Galvenās rūpniecības nozares ir kuģu būve un tekstilrūpniecība. Attīstīta amatnieciba, pārtikas rūpniecība un lauksaimniecības instrumentu ražošana.
