Ahtubinska (krievu: Ахтубинск) ir pilsēta Astrahaņas apgabalā Krievijas Federācijā. Ahtubinskas rajona centrs. Izvietojusies apgabala ziemeļdaļā Volgas attekas Ahtubas kreisajā krastā 292 km no apgabala centra Astrahaņas. Pilsētu veidojošais uzņēmums ir Valērija Čkalova Krievijas Federācijas Aizsardzības ministrijas valsts aviācijas lidojumu izmēģinājumu centrs.

Pilsēta dibināta 1959. gadā, apvienojot Vladimirovkas (bijušais rajona centrs), Petropavlovkas un Ahtubas ciemus ar tagad pilsētas centrā esošo armijas daļas pilsētiņu, kas apkalpoja Krievijā lielāko Groševas militāro poligonu ziemeļos no pilsētas. Vladimirovkas sloboda vēstures avotos minēta jau 1793. gadā. Jau vēsturiski caur Vladimirovku pa Ahtubu un tālāk pa Volgu tika transportēta Baskunčakā iegūtā sāls.[1]
1960. gadā pilsētā tika izvietos Čkalova vārdā nosauktais Aviācijas zinātniski pētnieciskais institūts, izbūvēts militārais lidlauks. Mūsdienās pilsētā darbojas arī upes osta, kuģu remonta rūpnīca, vairāki pārtikas rūpniecības uzņēmumi, kā arī Maskavas Aviācijas institūta filiāle.
