Šahimardano eksklavas − Uzbekijos sudėtinis eksklavas Kirgizijos viduje, priklausantis Ferganos vilajeto Ferganos tumanui (rajonui).
Šahimardano eksklavas sudarytas iš dviejų atskirų dalių:
Skirtingai nei Socho eksklavas, Šahimardano eksklavas nėra savarankiškas administracinis vienetas, jis yra Ferganos tumano dalis. Šio eksklavo plotas yra apie 90 km², jame gyvena apie 6 tūkst. žmonių. 91 % gyventojų yra uzbekai, likę 9 % − kirgizai.[2]. Iki Uzbekijos sienos – 20 km, iki Ferganos miesto - 43 km. Kelias į Ferganą eina per Frunzenskojės gyvenvietę Kirgizijoje. Eksklavą supa Kirgizijos Batkeno srities Kadamžajaus rajonas.
Eksklavo teritorija iki 1930 m. buvo Kirgizijos dalis, o 1930 m. buvo perduota Uzbekijai.
Eksklavo gyvenvietės − Šahimardanas (tarybinių laikų pavadinimas − Chamzaabadas) ir mažesnis Jordanas.
Suirus TSRS Šahimardano eksklavo priklausomybė ir ją supančios valstybės sienos delimitacija tapo aštria problema. Kirgizija siūlė grąžinti eksklavą Kirgizijai mainais į kitas teritorijas. Uzbekija atsisakė tai daryti. Eksklavo sienos kurį laiką buvo užminuotos. Eksklavo problemas didina augantis slėnio gyventojų skaičius, keli pasienio postai, didelis skurdas, korupcija, etninė trintis.
Pastarojo meto sutartys tarp valstybių pašalino dalį prieštaravimų. Dabar abiejų šalių gyventojai gali lankyti eksklavą be vizų iki dviejų mėnesių, tuo siekiama palaikyti turizmą prie Kurbankulio ežero.
