Kulšė – upė šiaurės vakarinėje Kretingos rajono savivaldybės teritorijos dalyje, kairysis Šventosios intakas.

Išteka Benaičių kaimo žemių rytiniame pakraštyje, šalia kelio Kretinga–Skuodas. Teka pietvakarių kryptimi, tarp Medšarkių ir Medomiškių daro dvigubą lankstą link šiaurės vakarų ir nuo Mažučių miško toliau teka šiaurės kryptimi. Į Šventąją įteka tarp Laukžemės ir Sūdėnų, 23 km nuo jos žiočių. Didesnioji upės dalis paversta melioracijos kanalu.
Intakai: Kiaupiškė (kairysis), Šaltupis, Daubalė.
Prie ištakų stūkso Benaičių Balkos kalnas, kairiajame krante yra Benaičių mitologinis akmuo, vad. Kūlių bobele, Maloniškių Velnio akmuo, Auksūdžio senosios kapinės, vad. Maro kapeliais, Pelėkių senosios kapinės, vad. Leišių kapeliais, Laukžemės senosios kapinės, vad. Maro kapeliais, veikiančios Laukžemės kapinės, Laukžemės Šv. apaštalo Andriejaus bažnyčia, dvaro sodyba, dešiniajame – Laukžemės II senosios kapinės, vad. Maro kapeliais ir Sūdėnų akmuo su dubeniu.
Į šiaurės rytus nuo žiočių prasideda Sūdėnų botaninis-zoologinis draustinis.
Gyvenvietės: Benaičiai, Žyneliai, Maloniškiai, Pelėkiai, Auksūdys, Ilginiai, Medšarkiai, Medomiškiai, Laukžemė, Sūdėnai.
Upėvardis kilo nuo žodžio kulšė, kulšis („šlaunis“).[1]
