Baluošas – ežeras rytų Lietuvoje, Ignalinos rajone, Aukštaitijos nacionaliniame parke, apie 8,5 km į šiaurės vakarus nuo Ignalinos. Ežeras ledyninės, rininės kilmės. Ežero duburį sudaro dvi lygiagrečios rinos, atskirtos povandeninio gubrio. Krantas labai vingiuotas, šiaurinis – smėlingas, lėkštas, kiti – aukštesni, žvyringi. Krantai beveik ištisai apaugę medžiais. Ežerą supa Ažvinčių-Minčios giria.

Baluošo ilgis iš šiaurės vakarų į pietryčius 4,85 km, plotis 1,34 km. Altitudė 142,7 m. Kranto linijos ilgis 15,05 km, su salų krantų linijomis 19,4 km. Ežere yra 8 miškingos salos (Ilgasalė 6,12 ha, Liepų 4,13 ha, Degėsių 1,47 ha, bevardės 0,28 ha, 0,28 ha, 0,17 ha, 0,13 ha ir 0,03 ha). Vienoje iš jų salų, Ilgasalėje, yra nedidelis ežerėlis, kurį su Baluošu jungia sąsiauris. Šiaurėje įteka Būkos upė iš Utenykščio ežero, pietuose išteka Kragžlė (Srovė) į Baluošykščio ežerą (Žeimenos upės baseinas).
Žvejyba (lydekos, karšiai, kuojos, ešeriai, seliavos, aukšlės)[1]. Prie ežero esantys kaimai: Vaidžiuškės, Trainiškis, Šuminai, Strazdai, Ripelialaukis, Beržaragis. Veikia 4 kaimo turizmo sodybos. Pietine pakrante eina kelias 1423 Aza–Vaišniūnai–Ginučiai–Kirdeikiai . Šiauriniu krantu eina riba su Utenos rajonu.
Ežerėvardis Baluõšas kilęs arba nuo balas („baltas“), arba nuo bala („klampi vieta, klanas, valka“).[2]
