Vilkaviškio valsčius (rus. гмина Волковышки, lenk. gmina Wyłkowyszki) – buvęs administracinis-teritorinis vienetas dabartinės pietvakarių Lietuvos teritorijoje. Centras – Vilkaviškis (kurį laiką – Šelviai ir Navininkai). Valsčiaus teritorija dabar priklauso Klausučių ir Šeimenos seniūnijoms.
1685 m. valsčius priklausė Alytaus ekonomijai. Atkurtas XIX a. Suvalkų gubernijoje. Po 1923 m. prijungtas Gižų valsčiaus Ožkabalių kaimas. Vilkaviškio valsčius panaikintas 1950 m. birželio 20 d., jo teritorija priskirta Vilkaviškio rajonui (8 apylinkės).

Pagal pirmajį Lietuvos Respublikos visuotinį gyventojų 1923 m. surašymą buvo 39 gyvenvietės. Valsčiaus teritorijoje taip pat buvo ir Vilkaviškio miestas su 538 sodybomis ir 7263 gyventojais.
