Išlikę XIV–XVI a. namų, XIII–XVI a. gotikinės bažnyčios, XIII–XIX a. akmeninių įtvirtinimų liekanos, XVIII a. Brukentalio rūmai. 2007 m. miestas buvo paskelbtas Europos kultūros sostinė.
1962 m. mieste vyko 1962 m. pasaulio moterų rankinio čempionato grupių varžybos.
Namų rungtynes žaidė Sibiu miesto stadione.[1] Stadionas talpino 12,3 tūkst. žiūrovų, o danga – natūralios vejos (žolė).[2][3]
Stadionas susilaukė investicijų ir buvo iš esmės pastatytas naujas stadionas.[4][5] Naujasis stadionas atidarytas 2019 m.
