Sergejus Staniševas (blg.: Sergej Dmitrijevič Stanišev, Сергей Станишев, g. 1966 m. gegužės 5 d. Chersone, Ukraina) – istorijos daktaras, Bulgarijos socialistų partijos (BSP) Aukščiausios tarybos pirmininkas, Bulgarijos ministras pirmininkas.

1990 m. baigė Maskvos M. Lomonosovo universitetą, 1994 m. apgynė istorijos daktaro disertaciją. 1998 m. stažavosi Londono Ekonomikos ir politikos mokslų mokykloje.
Dirbo žurnalistu, jo žmona Elena Jončeva taip pat žurnalistė. Nuo 1995 m. dirbo BSP Užsienio ryšių departamente, 1996–2001 m. partijos Užsienio politikos ir tarptautinių santykių vadovas.
Aktyvus elektroninių ryšių propaguotojas, 2001 m. įsteigė Bulgarijos interneto bendriją ir net rinkiminėse kampanijose plačiai naudoja ICQ bei elektroninę žiniasklaidą.
2000 m. išrinktas BSP Aukščiausios Tarybos ir Vykdomojo biuro nariu. Nuo 2001 m. birželio Bulgarijos Nacionalinės Asamblėjos (parlamento) narys. 2001 m. gruodžio mėn., kai Bulgarijos prezidentu buvo išrinktas partijos lyderis Georgijus Parvanovas, išrinktas BSP pirmininku ir „Koalicijos už Bulgariją“ parlamentinės grupės pirmininku. Nuo 2004 m. PES vadovybės narys.
2005 m. birželį vėl išrinktas parlamento nariu. Bulgarijos socialistų partijai laimėjus rinkimuose 31 % vietų, sudarė koaliciją su „Judėjimu už teises ir laisves“ ir rugpjūčio mėn. suformavo Bulgarijos Respublikos vyriausybę. Ministro pirmininko poste pakeitė buvusį Bulgarijos carą Simeoną II Sakso Koburgą.
Daugiau, kaip 50 mokslinių darbų tarptautinių santykių ir politologijos temomis, spausdintų Bulgarijos ir užsienio spaudoje, autorius.
